Welcome to a treat for your taste buds that combines the much-loved simplicity of fries with the warm goodness of cheese – our own cheese fries made from potatoes boiled so carefully it would make your head spin. We wanted to create something that was more than just another dish, but rather a work of art that could be crispy like fries and rich and creamy like melted cheese at one and the same time. This means we only choose the best potatoes available before boiling them to perfection which gives them fluffy insides and creates a crisp outside perfect for putting cheese on.
We take every single batch through such a change by covering them generously in many different types of high quality cheeses until they are swimming in an ocean of golden deliciousness created as they melt together. What do you get? A cacophony of tastes and feels that will tango across your tongue; between their comforting potatoey-nesses blended harmoniously with indulgently cheesy-nesses.
