Ingredients:

2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream

1 can (14 ounces or 397 grams) sweetened condensed milk

Flavors of your choice (such as vanilla extract, cocoa powder, fruit puree, crushed cookies)

Instructions:

Start by putting a mixing bowl and beaters into the freezer for about 15 minutes. This will help you make fluffier ice cream.

Whip the cold heavy cream in the chilled bowl until it forms stiff peaks. You must do this step if you want light and airy ice cream.

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk gently so that everything mixes well together. It will give your ice cream a creamy base.

Put anything you like to flavor your mixture such as vanilla extract for traditional taste, cocoa powder for more chocolatey flavor, fruit puree to make it refreshing or crushed cookies which add some crunchiness. Stir them all evenly throughout.

Move the mixture into a container that is safe to put in the freezer. Use a spatula to level off its surface if needed for even freezing.

Cover with lid or plastic wrap and place into freezer.

Let it freeze not less than for six hours but preferably overnight so that it gets perfect consistency of an ice cream.

When serving, scoop out homemade ice creams into bowls or cones then have fun enjoying their creamy deliciousness!
