Making ice cream with no sugar, dairy products or fats

To make this kind of ice cream we will need the following ingredients:

 

What you need:

6 bananas that are already frozen then peeled and chopped into small pieces.

250 gms frozen strawberries.

One-third cup honey.

Two teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder.

 

Banana chunks are then transferred to the blender. Here, the magic begins! You may pour in some honey for extra sweetness and continue blending until it is a smooth and delicious cream. This masterpiece serves as a foundation for our nutritional treat that will make your mouth water.

Now put frozen strawberries and some more chunks of frozen bananas into the same blender. Add a teaspoon of honey and mix properly. In this way, we can have a strawberry cream that will flavor up our molds.

The third taste is cocoa; in addition to freezing banana pieces, two tsp. powdered cocoa are included along with an extra tbsp. of honey and blended well. We crush till it becomes creamy to create another layer that chocoholics would love.

For pudding molds, each preparation is arranged one by one or any other way you like.

We freeze the mold to achieve the required texture of sugar-free ice creams along with their shapes. Otherwise, these ice creams will not remain firm.
