Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat the baking sheet with oil or cover it using parchment paper.

Flatten pizza dough on a surface sprinkled with flour until it is about half an inch thick and rectangular in shape. Then move the dough to the prepared baking sheet.

Mince garlic finely and melt butter separately. After that, mix them together with some salt, parsley, oregano, and basil in a small bowl.

Spread this mixture over rolled out dough evenly.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese all over except leaving about half an inch along the edges.

Roll up from one long side carefully and seal ends tightly where they meet so that it forms into shape like log or tube. Use either sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice breadsticks of approximately 1-inch width out of this rolled-up log by cutting across it perpendicularity at regular intervals.

Place these breadsticks on top of each other without sticking together but there should be some space between them as they will rise when being baked again.

Serve hot, it’s best to use marinara sauce or any dipping sauce you like.
