NO FAIL CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE!!!
For years, I have been making this No-Fail Chocolate Fudge and it has become a must for my family and friends on holiday. It’s received more rave reviews than I can count! Ultra fluffy and tasty!
As it is on the jar of marshmallow cream, this simple fudge recipe is no secret, but I have a few tips so it comes out wonderfully every time.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of miniature marshmallows.
1 cup and half of the granulated sugar.
1 cup and half semi-sweet chocolate chips.
2/3 cup of Evaporated Milk.
1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
2 tbsp of softened margarine.
1 tsp pure vanilla.
A pinch of salt.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1:
I combined the withe sugar with evaporated milk, the margarine, and salt in a wide saucepan.
Step 2:
I took it to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.
Step 3:
I let it simmer, stirring continuously, for 6 to 7 minutes.
Step 4:
I added the marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes or more, until the marshmallows have melted completely.
Step 5:
In the prepared baking pan, I poured the fudge mixture into it. For at least 2 hours or until solid, I refrigerated.
Step 6:
I removed from the pan and removed the foil when it’s firm.
And finally, I cut the fudge into squares using a small knife.
ENJOY IT!
